Who we are

MobilePixel Game Studio LLC ("MobilePixel", "we", "us") develops and publishes mobile games. This policy explains what information our website and games collect, why, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Device and usage data. Our games may collect a device identifier, device model, operating system version, language, country, crash reports and in-game events such as levels started or completed.
Purchase data. If you buy something in a game, the transaction is handled by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred, but never your card number.

We do not ask for your name, address or phone number, and we do not knowingly collect precise location data.

How we use it

To run and improve our games and fix crashes and bugs.
To understand which features are used so we can decide what to build next.
To deliver and measure advertising, where a game shows ads.
To respond to you when you contact us.

Third-party services

We use established third-party providers that may process data on our behalf, which can include analytics, crash reporting, advertising and app-store platforms such as Apple and Google. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising

Some titles are free and supported by advertising. Advertising partners may use a device advertising identifier to limit repeat ads and measure performance. You can reset or limit this identifier at any time in your device settings, under "Privacy and Security" on iOS or "Ads" on Android.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

We keep analytics and crash data only as long as it is useful for the purposes above, and email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
