Color Slide Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Color Slide, Android package com.mpgs.colorslide, published by MobilePixel Game Studio LLC (MobilePixel, MPGS, we or us). We are responsible for the information we handle under this policy.

Information used by the game

Progress and settings are stored on your device. When analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, information about app sessions, completed levels, app version, device type and operating system can also be sent to the services below. These records help us understand gameplay, find problems and measure advertising. They are separate from your local saved progress.

• Google AdMob. Google's advertising SDK uses advertising ID and other device identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad views and taps, and diagnostics to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages the consent form where required. See Google Mobile Ads data disclosures.
• Firebase Analytics. Google Analytics for Firebase processes app interactions and in-app events, app instance identifiers, device and app information, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use it to understand sessions and progression. Our analytics integration does not enable advertising personalization or send contact details. Google's SDK may also generate its own lifecycle and diagnostic events.
• Firebase Crashlytics. Crash logs, stack traces, diagnostics, app performance information, device model, operating system, app version and installation identifiers help us diagnose errors. JavaScript error reports from the game include a limited error type and local bundle location, not arbitrary player messages or save contents. Native crash reports may include additional platform state. See Firebase's Android data disclosures.
• Meta App Events. Meta (Facebook) receives install attribution and app events such as app opens and completed levels to measure advertising and improve campaign delivery. The SDK can process IP address, device and app information, app/device identifiers and, when permitted, advertising ID. This integration does not provide Facebook Login or send your email address, name or contacts. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Studio analytics. Our own server at stats.mobilepixelgamestudio.com can receive consented gameplay events, a random installation identifier, app version and session information to measure progression and reliability. Network requests also expose an IP address to the server. This is studio analytics, separate from Google and Meta reporting.
• Google Play Billing. Where the game offers purchases, Google Play processes the payment and the purchase history under your Google Play account. The game receives the product identifier, purchase status, purchase token and a signed receipt so it can grant and restore the purchase. We do not receive your payment-card details. The analytics and marketing integrations do not request precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access. Advertising providers may process data under their own policies, including for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention.

Your choices

Where consent is required, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask before enabling the relevant optional purposes. You can review available choices in the game's Settings and Privacy options. Declining optional analytics, diagnostics or advertising measurement does not stop the core puzzle game. Advertising consent and non-personalised or limited ads follow Google's consent choices.

Changing a permission stops new events from the corresponding game integration. Events already sent cannot be recalled by that switch, and provider SDKs may have buffered events recorded while permission was enabled. A permission change does not automatically erase a provider's past records. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID in device settings.

Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local game progress and settings. This does not delete information already held by Google, Meta or our studio. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests; we may need enough information to locate the relevant record. You can also use Google's and Meta's privacy controls.

Feedback you choose to send

If you use the optional feedback form, our studio receives your message, the game and app version, and a random identifier used to process the submission and avoid duplicates. Requests also expose an IP address to our server. Feedback is private to authorized studio staff and is used to understand problems and improve the game. It is separate from optional gameplay analytics and from public store reviews. The form does not ask for an email address. Please do not include passwords, payment details or personal information. Unsent drafts stay on your device so you can retry. You may dismiss the invitation and keep playing. Contact us about access or deletion using the privacy contact below.

Retention, security and international processing

Local progress remains until you remove it. Remote records follow the applicable service's retention settings and policies, and information needed for security or legal obligations may be kept longer. Provider retention periods are not determined by uninstalling the game. Data can be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Network connections to these services use HTTPS; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Color Slide is intended for teenagers and adults and is not directed at children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate.

This page and policy updates

This page requires no account and loads no advertising or analytics script. Its hosting provider receives technical request information needed to serve and protect it. We update this policy when the game's data practices change.
